Preparation
When the concrete installers finish a pour for a garage floor, they trowel it smooth. That means the floor ends up with a fairly shiny surface. If you apply a coating to a smooth surface, what will happen? It will sit on top of the concrete and not bond at all. This is why preparation is a VERY important step! Keys Pro Surfacing grinds the concrete surface before installing the garage floor epoxy coating in the garage to provide a permanent bond of the coating to the concrete surface. If a homeowner just applies a coating to the floor, it will surely fail within the first year of use!

Sun Decks
We first pressure clean with mold or mildew removal. Cracks are filled and we apply the Behr Deck over system 3 with full coats. Make an old deck look virtually brand new!
